Plan your day however you can to get to the Phoenician!  Once you get here, we will have a room ready for you!  Check in is at 3 PM.  

Once you get all settled in to your room.  Join us in the Presidential Suite for pizza, cards, and catching up!

Dress:  Casual

8 AM to 11 AM (Optional):  Light breakfast in the Presidential Suite on your schedule.  

10 AM to 11 AM (Optional):  Pickleball Practice Session!  

Not sure how to play Pickleball?  Kinda know, but need a refresher?  Master Pickleballer, but need to practice?  Come and hang for an hour with Joe!  

Saturday Day:  

Golf, Spa, hiking, shopping . . . lots of activities!  You're choice!  See the Activities tab for ideas.  

5 PM: Family Pictures before dinner

Dress:  Photograph and dinner ready!  You may want to coordinate colors with immediate family.  We will have a large group photo as well as individual families.  

6 PM:  Family Dinner on the lawn  

Dress:  Cocktail or Dressy Casual

8 AM to 11 AM (Optional):  Light breakfast in the Presidential Suite on your schedule.

Time TBD (Optional):  Hiking  

We will have suggestions for various levels of hikes for all!

1 PM to 3 PM (Optional):  Pickleball Tournament

Tournament style with prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd!

Dress:  GAME ON!  Pickleball Casual

4:45 PM:  Shuttle to Livingston's House for Family Dinner

Shuttle will be ongoing back and forth from Phoenician to the Livingston's from 4:45 - 7:30. Hotel meeting place TBD.

5 PM: Dinner at the Livingston's

Taco Trucks, backyard games, and family fun!

Dress:  Casual  (Can get a little chilly at night in Phoenix, may want to bring some layers.)

8 AM to 11 AM (Optional):  Light breakfast in the Presidential Suite on your schedule.

11 AM:  Checkout for the hotel. 

 Johnsons are staying for a few more days!  If your flight is later that day, you can keep your luggage in the Presidential Suite until you are ready to go (or I'm sure you can check it with the hotel too)! for those going home today.  We are so glad you were here to spend this time together this weekend!  Happy New Year!
